EXTROSO captures the essence of the Veronese hills and celebrates the ‘quirky’ character of its cultivars. On the one hand, Grignano offers its extraordinary citrus scents -, mandarin, grapefruit - that make it unique among all olive varieties. On the other, Favarol, with its alternating production, gives the blend an aromatic complexity and robust structure, the fruit of small but incredibly precious drupes.
